Since three weeks Punam is our household support. Apart from that she is a great help and an amazing person with a sunny mood she is from Darjeeling. Common knowledge: people from that part of the world eat dumplings all day. Thus, today Punam prepared the first Momos for us.
She did two different sorts of Momos. One sort steamed only for us, and one sort steamed and deepfried for the boys (filled with Paneer).
