Maybe it was 70 years ago that it was common in Germany to buy milk in a small cylindric steel can from the shop at the corner.
In Delhi I see cool guys on their motorbikes cruising around with exactly those steelcans and the exact same content: milk. In my opinion the Delhi packaging free milk distribution system is super up to date, green and sustainable. Plus: it adds a charming meeting point to small city quarters. "Let's go and have a milk - you come with me?"
